Conscious enjoyment is a daily reality at the Bergvillen. From a gourmet breakfast to a glass of wine at the end of the day.

In the winter months from December to March, the 3/4 Gourmet Pension is included. You enjoy culinary delights from breakfast to dinner at the Hotel Chalet Mirabell.

From April to November, the following culinary options are available:


THE BERGVILLEN BREAKFAST

In order to start the day in a perfect way, you can order your Bergvillen breakfast at the reception until 8:00 p.m. the day before.
The breakfast will be delivered to your requested time and the table will be set for you. You can choose a time between 07.30 and 10.00am.
You are also welcome to enjoy the daily Mirabell Gourmet Breakfast at the hotel.
(In the winter months only at the Chalet Mirabell)
 

LUNCH AND AFTERNOON SNACK

You can also order dishes from our bistro menu from noon till 6:00 p.m. and get it in the Villa or enjoy it directly at the Mirabell Mountain Blue Bar. To be paid extra.
A Villa-room service of € 25 will be charged for each delivery to the Villa.
In the Hotel Mirabell there is a lunch buffet from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. you will find out cake buffet from the in-house patisserie, for a surcharge.
(In the winter months available only in the Hotel Chalet Mirabell)
 

DINNER

For the Bergvillen dinner you can choose between different options:

Gourmet 3/4 board in the Chalet Mirabell
The evening menu, consisting of 5-7 courses, is available from 6.30 p.m. to 9.00 p.m. The evening menu is charged at 90€ per day and person. For the children 35€.
If you choose to take the ¾ board for your entire stay you would get the special rate of € 79 per day per person including lunch and cake buffet. For the children is the price € 35.

Private cooking
You have a free choice of the menu, which you can also discuss directly with your private chef. Please let us know at least 1 day in advance if you would like to take advantage of this service.
A surcharge of € 500 will be charged for the private cook. The expenses for the extra menu will also be charged separately.

BBQ: Be your own grill master
Please let us know at least 1 day in advance if you would like to use the BBQ.
You can choose from:

• Ribeye from alpine beef - € 46,- p.p.
• Fillet steak from free range ox - € 48,- p.p.
• Mixed grill platter (selection of veal, beef, chicken and sausages) - from €84 (for 2 people)
As side dish we serve American wedges, jacket potatoes, seasonal salads, sauces, and fresh pastries.

Orders to the Villa
You can also order something from our bistro menu from noon till latest 7.00 p.m., for an extra charge, plus room service €25 for the Villa delivery.
You can find the bistro menu in the villa folder on the table in the living room.

(In the winter months dishes will only be served in the Hotel Chalet Mirabell)
 

FINE WINES

In your wine cabinet you will find a choice of selected wines.
Our sommelier is at your disposal for tastings or personal advices.
Drinks are charged extra.
